Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days. 

Should we expect any delays, especially during holiday seasons, we will notify you via email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Delivery time may extend due to high volume of sales or any unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Do note that for 'signature-required' items, it is non-refundable and non-returnable after signing to receive the order.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You’ll receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number within 5 business days.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Global Renaissance Collections is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order, if your delivery address is outside of Malaysia. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Global Renaissance Collections is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
